I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Cara and Niall for their engagement photo session. I went to Humber College with Cara studying creative photography. During school, it wasn't uncommon to model for other photographer's projects etc, and Cara and Niall met while they were both asked to model for an assignment! How cute. It only took him a year after they met to ask her out on a date. And the rest is history.

Cara and Niall were easy subjects to photograph since they both have experience in front of the camera. We did the session just before dark, starting at the ROM to capture the incredible architectural design. We then headed to University of Toronto, and grabbed some tea at Starbucks.

Niall is a chef at Shangri-la hotel, so naturally we talked about his passion for French food. I love how creative both Cara and Niall are in two very different ways.

We finished off this shoot at Bay subway station.

I love the outfits the couple chose. The first set is so relaxed and so telling of who they are, while still adding some flare with their personal styles. The second more formal outfits show their diversity perfectly. I loved the locations we chose to shoot at as well; we really captured the beauty of the city...:)

Such a fun day out with Cara and Niall. I wish them all the best with their future together!
